Every Type C variant we stock
The variants differ on three things: how much current the pin is built to carry, whether an e-marker chip is fitted, and the length and colour of the body. Filter below, or read the comparison further down.
Type C 100 W — E-Mark
Carries the e-marker chip, so the charger reads the cable as 5 A rated and delivers the full 100 W. The one to fit when the cable is sold as a fast-charge lead.
Type C 100 W — No E-Mark
Same body and pin layout, built without the e-marker chip. Costs less, and a compliant charger will hold it at 3 A. Fine for everyday charging leads.
Type C 3 in 1
One board carrying three heads, for the multi-tip charging cables that sell over the counter. Supplied as an assembly, not as loose pins.
2404 W/O Cut — White, 16.50 mm
Plain solder-type pin, no cut in the shell. Four pads marked GND, B+, B− and V+, so it wires up the same way every time on a repair bench.
2402 W/O Cut — Red, 16.50 mm
The red-marked version of the plain solder-type pin, same 16.50 mm body and no cut in the shell. Ask us for the current photo and the pad layout.

Where they're used
What buyers fit them into
All of these are male Type C plugs meant to be soldered onto cable. They are components for making and repairing leads, not finished cables.
Charging cable assembly
The main line. Small workshops building leads to length, in the counts a counter actually turns over in a month.
Cable repair
Cutting off a failed end and soldering a new pin on. The no-cut body and marked pads are what make this quick on a bench.
Fast-charge leads
Where the customer expects the full wattage, the e-marked pin is the one that lets the charger deliver it.
Power bank cables
Short leads made to a fixed length, usually in one colour, ordered as a batch against a packaging run.
Multi-tip retail cables
The 3 in 1 assembly, for the one-cable-fits-everything leads that move fastest at a retail counter.
Small-batch manufacturing
Where the same pin goes onto a line week after week and the pad layout has to match the last lot exactly.

Before you order
The e-marker is not a marketing label. Without that chip a charger that follows the USB Power Delivery rules will hold the cable at 3 A, whatever the body is rated for.
Trade names for these parts are not standardised. Model codes like 2402 and 2404 mean different things to different suppliers, so match on the photo and the pad layout, not the code alone.
If your build depends on an exact dimension or pad pitch, ask us in writing and we will confirm it against the lot we would ship you.

What does the e-marker actually do?
It's a small chip inside the plug that tells the charger what the cable can carry. Under the USB Power Delivery rules a cable is only allowed to draw 5 A if it can identify itself, and the e-marker is how it does that.
So an e-marked pin lets a 100 W charger deliver 100 W. Without it, a charger that follows the rules holds the cable at 3 A regardless of how the body is built.
Then is the "100 W No E-Mark" part mislabelled?
No — the name describes the body, which is built to the same standard as the e-marked one. What it doesn't have is the chip that unlocks 5 A.
In practice you should sell it as a normal charging lead, not as a 100 W fast-charge lead. If your customer is expecting full wattage, order the E-Mark variant.
What does "W/O Cut" mean?
Without cut — the metal shell has no notch cut into it. The cut version has one, which changes how the moulding grips when the cable end is over-moulded.
If you're matching an existing production run, check which one your mould is set up for before ordering.
What's the difference between 16.50 mm and 15.50 mm?
Overall body length. Which one you need is usually decided by your moulding tool or the housing the pin sits in, rather than by anything electrical.

Do these come with cable attached?
No. These are connector pins on a board with solder pads. You solder your own cable on and mould or shrink over the joint. We supply the pin, not a finished lead.
Can I order a small quantity, or mix variants?
Yes to both. Send the list with counts against each variant and we'll quote the whole thing together, including any BNC parts on the same order.
Do you send samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Tell us which variants you're comparing and we'll send a sample set so your bench can solder one up and check it before you commit.
Do you supply parts that aren't on this page?
Yes. We handle other lengths, cut and no-cut shells, and pads made to your own sample. Send the sample or the drawing and we'll tell you whether it's a stock item or a new tool.
